Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high order volume periods, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Packaging
We take pride in shipping your disc golf discs safely.

Single-disc orders are shipped in a protective bag and bubble mailer.

Orders containing two or more discs are shipped in a protective bag inside a box for additional protection.
Our goal is to ensure your discs arrive in excellent condition and ready to throw.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
Hyzer Supply Company ships internationally to many countries.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
International shipping times vary depending on location and customs processing.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hyzersupplycompany@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve the problem.
If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to us if you need additional assistance.
