30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unthrown, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Disc golf discs that have been thrown, used, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement item once your return is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in your order total.
If an international order is returned, original shipping costs, customs fees, and duties are non-refundable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, unthrown, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
